Kate is an experienced and qualified Clinical Supervisor offering online and face to face supervision both individually and in groups.

She works with different counselling approaches, including the Seven-Eyed Model, which focuses on the relationship between the Client, Therapist and Supervisor and is broken down into seven distinct aspects of the therapeutic process. She is an integrative therapist who also uses a range of therapeutic techniques such as: Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Gestalt approaches.

Kate provides supervision for Qualified Counsellors, Trainees, and other mental health professionals. She will provide support and guidance in relation to your client work, helping you with blind spots, which will enable you to provide a quality service, protect your clients, and work ethically.

In addition, Kate will focus on your own personal development as a practitioner and empower you to work with your clients in more effective ways to help them achieve their desired outcomes. She can also support you with any challenging client cases that you may have, support you to build your private practice if you are struggling to get clients and help you with marketing and sales strategies to build a successful private practice.
